2021年度彭桓武中心高级访问科学家计划
“彭桓武中心高级访问科学家计划”是由彭桓武理论物理创新研究中心/中国科学院理论物理研究所设立的，旨在吸引国内外优秀研究人员来中心开展科研合作。自2017年以来，本计划已资助15名学者来中心从事学术交流与合作，科研成果丰硕。即日起，2021年度高访计划的申请工作正式启动，具体细节如下：
一、基本条件
本计划适用于正在或曾在国内外知名科研机构或者大学工作，具有较深学术造诣，与我所主要研究方向基本一致，有意来我所从事一定期限合作研究工作的优秀科学家。
1. 中国大陆、港澳、台湾地区的科研人员以及与中国建立外交关系的外国国籍科研人员均可申请；
2. 具有正高级（教授）相当专业技术职务；
3. 与理论物理所固定科研人员有紧密合作关系或即将开展合作研究；
4. 每年访问1-3月，一般不少于一个月。
二、资助方式
1. 访问期间，将提供不低于3.6万RMB/月的访问津贴，用于北京当地的住宿、生活补贴等费用；
2. 提供申请人所在单位到北京的往返旅费一次；
3. 住宿安排：研究所可提供租金比市场价格优惠的客座公寓；
4. 办公条件：访问期间，研究所提供办公室、台式电脑、网络服务；可以申请账号在理论物理所计算平台进行科学计算；
5. 续延资助：已经获得资助的期满考核优秀者，可申请延续资助（注：获得2020年资助未到访的高访学者可顺延至2021年）。
三、申请材料
1. 申请人本人的科研简历一份；
2. 访问期间的研究计划一份（1-2页）。
对于申请续延资助的研究人员，仅需提供研究计划。
请申请人将本人科研简历和研究计划电子版于2020年11月30日前发送至wangli@itp.ac.cn。
四、评审方式
由所学术委员会对申请者进行评审，评审重点考虑以下三个方面的内容：
1. 申请人从事研究的经历及取得的成绩、进展；
2. 申请人拟开展的合作研究工作的创新性、科学意义和发展潜力；
3. 申请人与所内合作者的合作情况以及对所里研究工作可能产生的影响。

Peng Huanwu Visiting Professor Program
The Peng Huanwu Innovation Research Center for Theoretical Physics affiliated to the Institute of Theoretical Physics of Chinese Academy of Sciences (ITP-CAS) (http://english.itp.ac.cn) now accepts applications for the Peng Huanwu Visiting Professor Program for 2021. The Center, funded by the National Science Foundation of China, was established in 2017 to promote original research and collaboration in theoretical physics. Starting from 2018, the Center will offer a short-term visiting program for scholars from all disciplines of theoretical physics and interdisciplinary studies.
Eligibility: theoretical physicists with an academic rank at or above associate professor level
Application deadline: Nov. 30, 2020
Stipend: 36,000 RMB per month
Appointment term: from 1 month up to 3 months
Travel: ITP-CAS will provide a round-trip airfare to Beijing at economy rate
Housing: guest house with competitive rent rate is available
