Abstract

摘要

One-dimensional (1D) attractive Fermi-Hubbard model is a notoriously difficult problem and rarely studied in the literature. In this talk we will prove that the model exhibit a nature of free Fermi liquids at low energy. To this end, we first determine a full phase digram of the model by using the thermodynamic Bethe ansatz (TBA) solution, and then analytically calculate the Fulde-Ferrell-Larkin-Ovchinnikov (FFLO) pairing correlation function for the partially-polarized phase at low fillings. We further prove that for such a FFLO-like state in low density regime the interaction effect can be absorbed into their effective chemical potentials of two non-interacting ideal gases with fractional quantum statistics. Consequently, the susceptibility, compressibility and specific heat obey simple additivity rules, indicating the nature of free Fermi liquids in the interacting fermions on a 1D lattice. Finally, we study scaling functions, Wilson ratio and susceptibility that provide universal macroscopic properties/dimensionless constants of interacting fermions at low energy.
